Description:

This study is being conducted by: Reed Priest, Aaron Schmidt, and Paul Sackett, Department of Psychology at the University of Minnesota. Activities: If you agree to be in this study, we would ask you to complete two surveys at two points in time. The first survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete; the second will take approximately 3 minutes to complete. You will be invited to complete a second survey after one week. Will I be compensated for my participation? You will be compensated 1 REP point for completing the first survey and 1 more REP point for completing the second survey. If you wish to withdraw, please click through the survey to the end of the study. • Other: Must have a part-time or full-job job. Must work under a leader with virtual or in-person contact more than twice a week.
