Title:
Longitudinal Study of Stress, Adaptation, and Well-Being
Researcher:
Will Greenberg
Term:
Fall 2025
Description:
This study seeks to better understand the factors that shape mental health outcomes over time, including how personality traits and coping strategies contribute to individual differences. We are inviting adults from both the community and the university to take part in a five-wave longitudinal survey. Participants will complete four surveys spaced two weeks apart, followed by a final survey one year later. University of Minnesota psychology students can choose to receive 8 REP research credits for completing the first four surveys and $20 for the fifth, or opt for gift cards totaling up to $70 as an alternative to REP credit. Due to this being a longitudinal study, if your participation in this survey falls on a date that REP is not active, you will be compensated with e-gift cards.
