Description:

CASH STUDY: This is a series of 4 experiments; participants are welcome to partake in as little as 1 session, and a maximum of 4. If they participate in all sessions, they will be remunerated with a cash bonus. Each session is approximately 2 hours long, and all sessions involve responding to simple auditory and visual stimuli, electroencephalography (EEG), and eye-tracking. In all sessions participants will detect or localize faint audio-visual stimuli, or report on their temporal relationship. Participants will be paid $30 per hour (i.e., $60 per session). Participants who complete all 4 sessions will be given an extra $60 bonus (total compensation is $30/hour x 2 hours/session x 4 sessions = $240 + $60 bonus for completing all 4 sessions).

Requirements:

• 18 and over
• Male
• Female
• Right-handed
• Normal (or corrected) vision
• Normal hearing
• Other: No history of epilepsy. Not prone to motion sickness.
