Title:
Decision-making under uncertainty
Researcher:
Nathan Torunsky
Term:
Fall 2024
Description:
In this study, you will complete a series of brief questionnaires alongside a collection of six behavioral tasks and games. This study is fully remote – you can complete it online from your home or another quiet space with few distractions. We expect the study to take about two hours to complete, but the exact amount of time will vary across individuals. While we do not anticipate the study taking more than two hours to complete, please complete the study if you can and reach out to us to let us know if it takes longer than two hours. We ask that you complete the study in one sitting – please plan accordingly when you choose your location. Additionally, we request that you use a laptop or desktop computer (i.e., not a phone or tablet device) as some of the tasks will require you to make decisions about visual images that may be hard to see on a small screen. Thanks again, and please feel free to reach out to Nathan Torunsky (torun005@umn.edu) if you have any questions before, during, or after your study participation!
